Data & Account Deletion Policy
Use this official Recall Rush page to delete a Firebase Authentication account, erase local game data, or request deletion of synchronized multiplayer records. You can play without creating a named account.
Delete your Recall Rush account
Sign in again with the same Google or Apple account used for Recall Rush. Firebase requires a recent sign-in before permanent deletion.
We use sign-in only to verify ownership of the account you ask us to delete. Anonymous accounts can be deleted here only when this browser still has that anonymous session.
Permanent action: deleting the account removes its Firebase Authentication profile and sign-in access. Local device data and unlinked multiplayer room records must be cleared separately below.
1. Data Retention Overview
Recall Rush is built as an instant-play game with no mandatory named account:
- Local Data: Gamer tag, avatar choice, sound preferences, and high scores are saved locally on your device via AsyncStorage / LocalStorage.
- Authentication Data: If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, Firebase Authentication stores a unique user ID and provider account details such as email, display name, and profile image when supplied by that provider. Anonymous sign-in stores a unique user ID without requiring a name or email.
- Online Multiplayer Data: Temporary room codes, gamer tags, avatars, live turns, scores, and sequence data are sent to Firebase Realtime Database only when Online Battle is used.
2. How to Delete Local App Data (Instant)
To erase all local profile data, game progress, and cached settings immediately:
- On Android: Open device Settings → Apps → Recall Rush → Storage & Cache → Clear Data.
- On iPhone / iPad: Delete Recall Rush from the device to remove its local app data, then reinstall only if you want to play again.
- On Web: Clear cookies and site data for
recall-rush-game.web.appin your browser settings. - In-App: Reset your Gamer Tag anytime directly from the Profile screen.
3. Request Deletion of Any Stored Records
If you cannot use self-service deletion, or want us to purge identifiable room records or support communications, send a request to our support team:

Send an email directly to our privacy officer at support@mrutyunjaystudio.com with the subject Recall Rush Data Deletion Request.
Include your Gamer Tag, sign-in email (if any), room code if known, and the approximate date of your matches. We will verify the request and respond within 7 days. Deletion is normally completed within 30 days, unless a longer period is legally required.
4. Data Retention Period
Authentication profiles are deleted immediately after successful self-service deletion, subject to Firebase processing. Online rooms are deleted during normal host exit and match cleanup. A room may remain if every participant loses connectivity before cleanup completes; use the request method above to remove it. Support communications may be retained only as needed to complete and document the request or meet legal obligations.
