Terms of Service
Welcome to Recall Rush. By downloading, accessing, or playing Recall Rush ("the App" or "the Service"), provided by Mrutyunjay Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. License and Permitted Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Recall Rush for personal, non-commercial entertainment and brain-training purposes.
3. Accounts and Sign-In
You may play as a guest. Optional Google, Apple, or anonymous authentication may be offered for supported features. You are responsible for maintaining control of your provider account and for activity performed through it. You may delete a Firebase Authentication profile at any time through our Data & Account Deletion page.
4. Prohibited Conduct
When playing Recall Rush, you agree not to:
- Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party modifications to alter game mechanics.
- Disrupt, overburden, or assist in the disruption of game servers or Firebase infrastructure.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the App.
- Use offensive, hateful, or derogatory Gamer Tags.
5. Intellectual Property
All software code, graphic designs, AI-rendered card artwork, sound design, logos, and trademarks associated with Recall Rush are the exclusive intellectual property of Mrutyunjay Studio.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Recall Rush is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and smooth performance, we do not guarantee that the game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mrutyunjay Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
8. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the App at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
